Wie storniere ich meine Buchung und wie erhalte ich meine Vorauszahlung zurück?

Ich sende eine Stornierung unter Angabe der Reservierungsnummer und meines Namens per E-Mail an unsere zentrale Reservierungsstelle: . Die Stornierung wird per E-Mail bestätigt und die Vorauszahlung zurücküberwiesen.

Die Rücküberweisung der Vorauszahlung mit dem Finanzdienstleister PayPal kann 2 Werktage in Anspruch nehmen. Bei der Nutzung der Kreditkarte kann die Rücküberweisung eine Dauer von 12 Werktagen umfassen.

Gebühren bei Stornierung

Wenn ich nicht zum Termin erscheine oder diesen nicht bis spätestens am Vortag (Werktag) um 16 Uhr (Termine am Montag bis Freitag 16 Uhr) absage, so schulde ich eine Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe von 50 Prozent der Termingebühr, jedoch höchstens 120 €. Sollte ich krankheitsbedingt kurzfristiger absagen müssen, werden die Kosten nur erlassen, wenn eine ärztliche Krankschreibung vorgelegt wird.
